Stand Like a Tree

Scientists raising trees in a biosphere were baffled when one by one, the trees started to fall down. There seemed to be no reason for healthy trees to fall. They finally discovered that the problem was the lack of wind in the biosphere. Apparently, it is wind that forces trees to develop stronger and deeper roots so they can withstand the pressure.

If you’re facing stormy times, just remember, God is using those pressures to make you stronger, so you are ready to withstand whatever the enemy throws at you. Grow your roots deep in God’s Word so you can face valiantly the storms of life.

Jeremiah 17:8: He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
